The Worn Doorstep Guest House is located in the Village of Baddeck within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the boardwalk, Alexander Graham Bell Museum and the Bras d'Or Lakes Interpretive Centre. Baddeck is the start and the end of the Cabot Trail which makes it an ideal location for all your Island sightseeing.

The Worn Doorstep Guest House has 4 self-catering/housekeeping suites in total, each has a private entrance, deck with table and chairs, private bath, queen size bed, double pullout, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea facilities, toaster, air conditioning and TV.

Each suite has a whirlpool, with the exception of the handicapped suite which has an extra large shower.

Wireless internet access is also available.
Towels and linen are provided.

Our roof deck, available to all guests, has a spectacular view of the Bras d'Or Lakes. A barbecue is also available.
Of course, you must pick up your own groceries for microwaving, making toast and/or barbecuing.

For the past couple of years we did not provide breakfast or daily housekeeping; this allowed us to reduce our nightly rate considerably and everyone seemed to prefer that arrangement.

Our room rate is as follows per couple:

$95/night for 1 nights,
$90/night for 2 nights
$85/night for 3 nights
$80/night for 4 or more nights
+15% hst; $15/extra
